Sore & Eating Healthy
Well I am on day 3 of working out & eating healthier, its hasn’t been soo bad bsides the working out part I am so sore, but its worth it, my trasiner said the 1st week is the worst. I haven’t cheated I have been tempted many times but, won’t give in cause I know I’ll just regret it later, and its just sabatoging what I am am trying to accomplish. Well before I had started goin to the gym I already changed my eating habits but not completely which resulted in an 8 pd lost in a week and a half I am not starving myself just ate fruit veggies & no dark meat & only ate white meat a few times, but I am now on a eat less more often, thats what my trainer told me to increase my metabolism, so am doin it.
